How often should you change the water filter?

Sterra Water Dispenser comes with an automatic filter change indicator on its touch panel. When it’s time to change the filters, Sterra’s filter reminder indicator will light up:

• When it is blinking white, change filter bottle 1 (Pre carbon block).
• When it is blinking yellow, change filter bottle 2 (UF & Post carbon block).

Replacement for the water filter is also designed to be so easy so that you can do it yourself in just a few minutes.

The average usage duration for each bottle is as follows: 

• Pre carbon block filter (bottle 1): Change every 4 months or 1200L of water filtered, whichever comes first
• UF & Post carbon block filter (bottle 2): Change every 8 months or 2400L of water filtered, whichever comes first
